Hi there, I’m Fran! Welcome to my little creative corner of the internet. I am a self-taught baker, still developing the menu and growing in my craft. I currently offer buttercream cakes, cupcakes, and other sweet treats. Over the years, I have spent time testing and developing recipes so that I can offer the best to my customers. All of the menu items are made from scratch. My buttercream recipe is a meringue buttercream that uses real butter and never any shortening! It’s soft and silky with what I consider to be the perfect balance of sweetness!

I continue to learn so much in the process and always aim to improve. Quality, taste, texture, and aesthetics are all very important to me. For this reason, customization is available but also limited to what I know I can do successfully and what I enjoy doing. I do not offer sculpted cakes, fondant cakes, cake pops, or royal icing designs on sugar cookies.

I love this outlet for creativity and find so much joy while creating and dreaming in my kitchen. I am so grateful and I thank God for the ability and the inspiration to create art through baking. My heart desires to create beautiful edible treats that not only taste amazing but that also bring joy to those who eat them!
